I’m back!

I’ve been away for a while, mainly because my app wasn’t working and I’m lazy. But I’m back and today I blew the dust off my acrylics and did this little blinder: Kangchenjunga.

Here is a watercolour with acrylic mixed media piece I’ve knocked up tonight of Erraid from a photo of last year’s Mull trip. I’m trying to get my eye in for my upcoming trip.

As you may have guessed from yesterday’s Saturday Studio Snapshot I have finished my latest acrylic. All in all I am rather pleased with the end result. I went back over the snowy highlights and shadows until they looked about right, then added some finer detail to the trees and branches. Finally I added more
